- Search and evaluate lease listings from third party internet-subscription listing services

- Search and evaluate lease listings received from entire commercial real estate brokerage community

- Contact landlords of all suitable (non-listed) properties in AORE proprietary database

- Gather and analyze offering information and narrow choices to pursue

 

4. Smart Tours: Select the Optimum Relocation Alternative

- Arrange and organize site inspections of all properties that fit the established space guidelines

- Gather and provide additional information requested during site inspections

- Narrow choices for detailed analysis of all occupancy costs:

- base rent, rent inclusions, increases, pass-thrus, options, extras

- Determine the feasibility of the alternatives
